The Intelligent Energy IE-SOAR 2.4kW (2.4 kW) specifies a hydrogen inlet of 0.9 ± 0.1 bar.g in its manufacturer datasheet. There is no universal fuel-cell regulator — outlet pressure and flow must be fitted to the stack. This is the MEYER configuration fitted for it:
What regulator does the IE-SOAR 2.4kW need?
A two-stage regulator fitted to 0.9 ± 0.1 bar.g at the stack inlet — held to ±0.1 bar as standard — with flow sized at 50 SLPM, rated for 350–500 bar cylinder supply. Single-stage units drift as the cylinder empties; the HDRX-R's second stage works from a near-constant intermediate pressure, so the IE-SOAR 2.4kW's inlet window holds from full cylinder to reserve. Build it in the configurator — the part number compiles as you go.

Fitted outlet setpoint
0.9 barg — inside the IE-SOAR 2.4kW window, held to ±0.1 bar as standard
The IE-SOAR 2.4kW specifies a hydrogen inlet of 0.9 ± 0.1 bar.g per its manufacturer datasheet. The fitted MEYER configuration is HDRX-R350-090-50: outlet set inside that window and held to ±0.1 bar as standard, flow sized at 50 SLPM (datasheet peak).
Can I use it with cylinder pressures above 350 bar?
Yes — the same fitted outlet and flow are available in 400, 450 and 500 bar supply classes (HDRX-R400/R450/R500); select the supply class in the configurator.
Is the regulator available now?
The original HDRX-R450 450-bar drone regulator line is available today. The next-generation configured HDRX-R platform is in its development programme: configuration quotations are open now, and qualification units are planned for 2027 Q2. Your quotation carries your exact configuration.
