    What happens after you send a message

    Every contact form submission lands in our engineering inbox. Sales-qualified inquiries (custom COPVs, custom regulators, qualification questions) get an engineer’s response within 1 working day. Stock-cylinder orders go to the order pipeline and get a proforma invoice the same day. We do not use marketing automation or call-back chasing — one reply, one engineer, signed.

    • Application class (UAV, CubeSat, launch vehicle, industrial, breathing apparatus)
    • Working pressure in bar and gas medium
    • Volume requirement in litres
    • Mass and envelope constraints if any
    • Programme timeline — when do you need first units?
    • Certification target (TPED, PED, ISO, programme-specific)
